This Site provides general information about our services, practitioners, and practice, and allows visitors to submit enquiries or request appointments. 3. Appointment Requests
Submitting a booking or enquiry form through this Site is a request only. It does not guarantee an appointment, availability, or acceptance as a patient.
We will confirm all appointments directly (by phone, email, or through our practice management system) before they are considered scheduled.
We reserve the right to decline to offer services to any individual at our discretion, including where a request falls outside the scope of services we provide.
Please do not use booking or contact forms on this Site to communicate urgent or emergency matters.
